Hardmode boss inside the Lihzahrd Temple, summoned at the Lihzahrd Altar with a Power Cell.
Inside the 
Lihzahrd Temple, use a 
Lihzahrd Power Cell at the 
Lihzahrd Altar to summon Golem. Destroy his head (the only vulnerable part after the hands/fists are gone). Drops 
Beetle Husks for endgame armor and the 
Picksaw.
