The Hallow appears when you defeat the Wall of Flesh. It is a 'good' counterpart to Corruption/Crimson and does not count as evil for NPC happiness, but still spreads. Home to Crystal Shards and Pixies.

• Crystal Shards grow on Pearlstone underground — farm them for spells and wings.
• Chaos Elementals drop the Rod of Discord (risky teleport).
